CourseGraphic Learn yoga from the ground up. In each session a new pose will be broken down and workshopped, and then incorporated into an accessible and energizing Vinyasa flow that links movement and breath. Breathing and meditation techniques will also be taught to maximize the benefit of the asanas. Come away feeling confident in your practice and balanced in mind and body.
