ClassGraphic Participate in warm, shallow water exercises and experience the benefits of improved range of motion while increasing body awareness, strength, balance and flexibility. Benefits also include improved lymph system health & decreased inflammation. Class will combine muscle building/toning, agility and balance exercises and is designed to help reduce pain and discomfort for those with physical limitations, including arthritis or injury..  Students have the option of using dumbbells, kick boards, water noodles and other equipment for enhanced resistance.  Swimming ability not important and is suitable for all levels of fitness.
