What remains is a sense of wellbeing and peace of mind.  Easy to follow movements stretch and strengthen our bodies.  Meditations calm the mind. Deep breathing helps us to relax and focus. Self-massage improves our circulation and energy.  Practicing Qigong restores the life force and vitality of the body, calms the mind and enhances the spirit
