ClassGraphic This is a hands-on course that will introduce students to a variety of cocktails and will highlight a number of locally-produced spirits - from vodkas and gins to bourbons and other whiskeys. Students will be introduced to terminology and techniques that will enhance their enjoyment behind the bar. They will work in groups to make and taste classic cocktails along with paired appetizers in this course designed to demystify mixology.  Learn how easy it can be to delight friends with a beautiful cocktail prepared in your own home! Whether you want to enjoy a cocktail with dinner, make a cocktail for a home gathering, or just want to make, taste and enjoy different cocktails, this course is for you.
