ClassGraphic Discover this lecture and learn series will discuss common postural issues and how corrective exercises can address pain in the back, hips, neck/shoulder, knees, and ankles. This hands on class will address walking (gait & stride), posture (enhancing standing stability), and corrective exercise to improve the way we move and stand. Be ready to learn! Each week we will have a short 10 minute lecture on a topic followed by assessments and corrective exercises. Together we will target how you can move better, feel better, and live better.
