ClassGraphic Engage your body and mind in this yoga class that encourages the pairing of breath with movement. You will learn and experience how a yoga practice promotes increased flexibility, strength, balance and mental awareness. Develop mindful movement and conscious breathing to help you relax and stimulate the nervous, digestive and circulatory systems. This course is designed for all levels, from those new to yoga to experienced students.
