From the home of tandoori cooking comes a delicious chicken and unique curry that will enliven your appreciation for fine Southeast Asian cuisine.  Perfect for the hot summer days of Punjab, this boneless chicken dish captures its unique flavor from the earthenware pot (handi) simmered in a rich base of lightly seasoned tomato sauce enriched with herbs. Sarsoon 'ka Saag is made from a blend of finely chopped mustard greens and fresh chopped spinach.  Add basmati rice or chapatti and prepare to experience a taste from Old Lahore.
