Discover the secrets to mastering a simple paneer massala and some mouth-watering variations. Try making a dish of Aloo palak (spinach with potatoes seasoned with fenugreek leaves) to complete the meal. For dessert we'll make some Sooji Halwa  and enjoy it all with some 'garam chai' (freshly brewed Indian tea!) We'll all join the fun of the action, so come prepared to roll up your sleeves!
