Class will combine muscle building/toning, agility and balance exercises and is designed to help reduce pain and discomfort for those with physical limitations, including arthritis or injury.. Students have the option of using dumbbells, kick boards, water noodles and other equipment for enhanced resistance. Swimming ability not important and is suitable for all levels of fitness.
