« back to classes page
ClassGraphic Wildlife tracking is both an ancient art and a modern science used in research and nature conservancy. Develop the skills to read seemingly imperceptible signs and tracks of animals. Identify the species, individual characteristics and what the animal was doing when it left its tracks. Come away with enhanced powers of observation, imagination and awareness. With presentations in the classroom and practice outdoors at readily accessible sites nearby, this five-week class is designed to give people effective tracking skills that can be used to develop a deeper kind of relationship with the wildlife in our area.
