CourseGraphic Explore the use of the pilates 'magic' ring, light weights, and resistance bands as we build on core strength to support the spine. Not only is the pilates ring fun to use, but it will add another dimension to your Pilates experience. Discover increased comfort and ease in your body, all while taking a load off your back. Find the length, strength, and flexibility of the spine to help you stand strong, stand tall, and improve your posture in daily life. Come away feeling refreshed and balanced. Please bring a mat and a ring to class.
