CourseGraphic Scientific understanding of our aging brain is changing rapidly. Explore recent research on aging humans and other organisms with a wide range of lifespans, and examine the powers of regeneration after injury. New understanding of biological mechanisms suggests that we can control many factors of brain aging with lifestyle choices and cutting-edge technologies.  Each semester, new material is covered on recent developments in mental decline, immune health, cancer, and stroke damage to the brain.
