CourseGraphic Learn techniques and practice skills to improve balance, strength and flexibility in a safe environment. Basic exercises are performed to improve posture, gait and self-confidence. Intended for older adults but appropriate for anyone who wants to increase muscle tone and improve balance and mobility. Exercise equipment is provided.
