Instructor Biography: Mikki Reilly
Mikki Reilly, MFS, CSCS is a certified fitness trainer and former competitive body-builder. Over the past 20 years she has developed a fitness program which returns a client's body to it's primal state of being lean, fit and healthy--a lifestyle that is consistent with our original genetic blueprint. Mikki is the author of Your Primal Body: The Paleo Way to Living Lean, Fit and Healthy at Any Age (Da Capo Press, 2013). Her book shows you the science and good sense behind a Paleo-based program and gives you all the tools you need to make the Paleo lifestyle work for you.
