Instructor Biography: Monica De Alba
Monica De Alba is a graduate of SBCC's Culinary Arts Program. She was an owner and a chef of Los Cabos restaurant for 10 years. Presently, she is a cooking instructor and a personal chef for prominent clients and their guests including music executives, media moguls, CEOs, business owners, authors and the occasional celebrity in the Montecito-Santa Barbara area. After 25 years in the Culinary Arts, she is passionate about discovering new, exotic ingredients and exploring the cuisines of Latin American.
