Holly has been teaching yoga since 1987. Her classes focus on encouraging people of all body types and abilities to practice movement, yoga and strength training. The benefits of regular
exercise can be life changing. Get moving, get healthy, and get happy!
Holly’s comprehensive training and education includes:
500 hr. Advanced Certificate from Kripalu Center for Yoga and Health in Lenox, Massachusetts, she is trained to teach advance Pranayama and Meditation and Yoga For Special Needs. Holly is
a certified Phoenix Rising Yoga Therapist as well as a Certified Laughter Yoga Leader. Her Fitness Exercise Instructor Certification is through the Aerobics and Fitness Association Of
America (AFFA) and includes CEU’s in Mat Science, Senior
Fitness and Nutrition as well as Zumba Fitness 1&2, Zumba Gold, Zumba Toning and Zumba Gold Toning as well as cognitive
Rehabilitation for Older Adults and Re-birthing Training. Holly is a California State Licensed Massage Therapist, and has
studied basic massage techniques as well as REIKI, Upledger’s CranioSacral Therapy 1&2, Lymphatic Drainage, reflexology and
Pranic Healing.
