Instructor Biography: Curtis Ridling
Curtis spent his first career in the world of high school education, teaching most of the social studies curriculum for over 33 years. A mid-life crisis ended with a law degree from the University of Colorado and a return to teaching, where economics became the new subject of choice. As a sideline, he and other economics teachers spent several years designing and implementing a state economics test for high school students. Retirement left an empty spot that has been filled by teaching economics to adults for the past six years. Following current economic trends and helping students understand the subtleties of our choice-making processes has led to delightful moments with knowledgeable students met through Continuing Education.
